Aw man I'm sorry, hope you feel better soon. Sound like me though... I went on a 5.3 mile run that I probably wasn't ready for...I did it, but about 2/3 the way through my fingers were getting tingly... Made me a bit nervous, I don't think it was anything serious but I think that was one way of saying that I wasn't ready for that long of a run... Basically just have to ease back in and stretch before and after (which is something I need to be doing as well)...
But I am curious all kind of routine you do as well... I kind of need to add to mine, running is nice and all but it is boring on a treadmill, I don't expect it to stay in the 60's and 70's all winter long...
