Well I got a much needed release of stress, tension, so I'm in a good mood. Thought about doing some weight training, but I think I'd be better off waiting until Monday, still sore from Thursday...not sure about the general rule about weight training, but pretty sure you shouldn't do it too often and usually wait until I'm not sore... Pretty sure [MENTION=20947]MikeW[/MENTION] is probably in the know on the subject
So I think today, outside of some typical chores, cleaning, etc I need to do, going to probably get some time in on the treadmill and try to get 40 laps in. Monday, should be fine to go with the other routine, just want to make sure that I am staying active enough to burn a lot of calories and getting a weekly routine down...of course they're diet as well... Sorry if I am driving everyone crazy with all this, has to stay on my mind.
