I will start the gym early next week because I have somehow injured my left knee and it needs a bit of recovery. One of my docs has put me on a generous dose of a medicine that makes me drowsy as all get out. Another doc thinks the lack of activity has caused the weight gain. It's a mess!
I think I will make it my goal to get down to where I can have a drink or two. So frustrating that it aggravates my malady.
Keep up the good work, man.
And by the way, I still have that case of spiced rum in the pantry. Actually, I bought two since it was on sale, just in case you wanted to stay an extra day.
Thankyou man . It does sounds like a catch 22 for you. Injuries and drowsiness certainly don't mix well with the gym. I guess just do as much as you feel comfortable with, gradually build it up. I wish you the best with getting to where you want to be
A whole case for an extra day! I can tell this is going to be a very boozy affair You're on!
