There are few days and times i actually fell good but for even the slight happiness i feel it does not last long and takes a huge downer. Im just fed up of trying and getting no where in my life, people just think oh your pissed off of sad or what ever but people do not understand BPD and how it gets you gripped and you can only compare it so much to Depression. I try to think in the sayings you mentioned lol and they did put a smile on my face as when you here them said they just sound funny haha Cheers for your input
