1) Boil about 2kgs of Jamon Iberico de Bellota (preferably in some Hawaiian Kona Nigari water if you have some leftover; otherwise just use some fresh Nakazawa milk) for 24 hours; then reduce to a simmer for a further 72 hours
2) Strain the mixture over some Matcha green tea
3) Add about 150g saffron and allow to stew for 12 hours
4) Seperate the mix into ice cube trays and allow to freeze for at least 48 hours
5) By this point you should be feeling better
