Im great thanks, even though what is going apart the moment. It is great to see gay speak up and running again though.

The timing of GS coming back couldn't be better...

Ugh. Well, this COVID-19 isn't helping me get back in shape. I was trying to stay with it on the running and biking stuff but doesn't look like I'll be able to do much of that. Oh well, it is what it is.

Reading my last post on this thread is just well... Let's just close our eyes and pretend I didn't post that...or that...that too 

I'm classed as vulnerable so Im not even allowed out to so I cant do any exercise, so it means I will probably lose the ability to to walk soon ( my disability has worsened since I was on here last). I knew it was coming but hey these things happen. Fingers crossed I still be able to get delivery of my new manual wheelchair in the next few weeks, but I still cant go out lol! Ah At least this forum is back online again...
