If you want something yummy try Swedish Kladdkaka (Gooey cake / chocolate mud cake (according to wiki (Not sure if exist abroad)))
100g Butter (Not margarine)
100g of fine chocolate (Medium or dark for heavier taste)
4 tablespoons of Cacao
2 eggs
1 1/4 Deciliter (American pint 0,27)
1 table spoon of vanilla sugar
2 Deciliter caster sugar (American pink 0,43)
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and let cool.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Butter and SPRINKLE WITH CRUMBS a spring-form, 24 cm in diameter.
Pour the batter
- Bake for 24 min.
- Let the cake stand for a few hours before serving
(NO BAKING SODA)
