Job interview takes practice. I did my share of mistakes during job interview.
I attended a job interview for a leading fashion designer on 2007/2008. The fashion designer wasn't there but his wife was. Along with other two panels. Do you know how I opened my presentation? I went, "Please don't buy coffee in Coffee Bean (Which situated inside the same building). I saw a huge rat in Coffee Bean."
They gasped. I did too. I had no idea what got into me.
I ended the interview with, "Did I mention to you guys not to go to Coffee Bean because I saw a huge rat?"
I left the fashion boutique laughing like a maniac.

Job interview requires confidence. But not overly confidence. It also requires you to show off a bit but with modesty. If you make a mistake whilst answering a question, just continue talking. Do not show sign that screams, "I've made a mistake."
Do not rush to answer a question. Talk slowly with confidence. Arrange words wisely. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer.
How's your resume (Curriculum Vitae) doing? I did a lot of homework before I prepared my own resume. The format. The writing. The arrangement. Type of paper that I use for writing a resume. The presentation of your resume is essential. You have to catch the eyes of the person who is going to check your resume. This is crucial because I'm sure he has to scan hundred of resumes. So your resume needs to outshine the other resumes.
Resume requires that Oomph! You really need to boast everything that you have inside resume.
