Yesterday
Yesterday was quite a historical day for me. I only wore a tank top in the gym. I was hesitant at first due to the visible surgery scars on my arms and stretch marks on my shoulders. But then I thought, to hell with them.
My personal trainer was pleased with my physical development. He was happy to see the development of my arms, chest, shoulders etc.
"You don't need to be shy to wear a tank top in the gym. Your body already shows tremendous development. Besides, it's easier to do workout in a tank top or short sleeve." He said.
He's grilling me with super set for all body parts. Challenging but worth it. I enjoyed every second of it.
Today
No weightlifting today. I went to the gym only to do cardio on a stationary bike.
I decided to push myself harder today.
Bought two 1.5 bottles of mineral water and placed them right beside my stationary bike.
I rode my stationary bike for 2 hours and 15 minutes on the highest difficulty.
I'm happy with my new record today.
