Hey Woolfe, sorry to hear ya got sleep issues. Been going thru the same thing for a number of years... One thing I would recommend, if ya can do it, is to turn off the PHONE! Thats what answering machines are for!
Dont know if you tried melatonin but it seems to be pretty effective to me but then again, like ya say, staying asleep is a problem... I can take some pretty strong sleeping meds and no matter what having bounding energy at 2am.
Ya mention other problems... so hope that ya working on them... if ya need any advice ya can always PM me.
