The question,
"How are you?"
is actually a very difficult to answer because normally we don't really know how we are.
One can answer the question with a simple,
"I'm fine."
But if you really stop and think about 'how you are', you will find it not so easy to put your finger on how you are feeling.
Today, I'm feeling nervous.
Don't know why, but if I had to put a label on my feelings right now, nervous will do it.
From living 30+ years, I've learned that feeling nervous in the morning is a sign.
It's a sign that says,
"Today you're gonna experience something big. You don't know it yet, coz it hasn't happened yet. But subconciously, you're readying yourself for that big experience, so that when it happens, you can cope with it."
Or it could be a false alarm.
