Today was my first workout after a week off due to virus infection. I didn't do weightlifting just cardio.
01. HIIT running (Sprint/Jog) on treadmill - 30 minutes
02. Tire flip 100 meters - 5 sets (30 second rest per set)
Was so happy to flip tire.
