Try to look at these feelings you're having. I've known you for quite a long time now. You're having another episode. I've seen you cycle through this several (I don't know how many) times. You get in this state, commit 'suicide' by burning your social-network bridge -- and then at some point you feel a bit better. You begin to reconstruct it again.
So I would appreciate it if you would just LOOK at it and try not to *believe* all the thoughts and feelings going on inside you *as accurate descriptions of the way things really are.*
I'm not saying you are delusional. Yes, life sucks in a lot of ways. But as we've discussed, a lot of it has to do with how you look at it. How you relate to it. What you put into it. Yes, you're right, people shouldn't be fucking with you (emotionally) but people do that to one another. That's just another fact of like like the fact that we can't grow wings and fly.
These thoughts and feelings are chemical reactions going on in your brain. They are ignited by stuff in the real world but then they take on a life ... and an extreme intensity ... that isn't apart of actual reality. Yes, you FEEL this way... but that's just it. It's just a "feeling".. and feelings are brain chemistry.
Try to NOT take it so seriously!
I say this as someone who has gone through this. Not as bad as yours, but damn bad enough. Bad enough that I, too, wanted to kill myself and all the rest of it. But we have to learn to look at this intense shit from the outside. Yes, it is "in" us but we don't HAVE to be "in" it. It is possible to separate one's self from it.. .at least a little... and put it in perspective. That takes some effort on our part. Everyone here is willing to help. Well, I'd say most everyone here.. .can't speak for everybody.
But, unfortunately, as you know, no matter what we say or do, the bottom line is you have to work at it. None of us CAN fix it... even if we want to.
