You would think that such a critical point of the battle would be outlined, but it wasn't...at least not in that context. But it all makes sense.
I think these days no one follows any rules of engagement as they openly kill children to put fear into civilians. Then again I think that practice was put into use when the Vikings showed up too.
Me I don't like war, I mean the history is interesting and a cold reminder of how inhuman we humans can be. Thinking about it all kind of makes you wonder about what human nature really is. I know that isn't anything to do with your posts but that's where my mind goes to....
Anyway very cool stuff and neat that you know that much about all that.
