It's cloudy and windy, so good for Lilitu.

It's been bloody searing hot/boiling humid the past week so it's a nice change. Maybe now I can sleep without having nightmares about the fires of hell falling from the sky.

It got cold enough to be a deep freeze. I forgot to turn on one of the exterior faucets last night for a dribble, it froze completely and burst a rubber gasket.

With 12 exterior faucets sets on 30" posts, its easy to forget one.

All of my koi ponds had 1/4 to 1/2 inch of black ice... Its been dipping below freezing for the past few nights.

My oranges are looking a little worse for wear. I might have to start juicing and freezing juice to save oranges...

Yeah, I think so. suppose to freeze there again tonight, or so the weather site says. Here too - odd that Ca and Ar are having nearly the same weather. Isn't Ca supposed to be warmer this time of year?
