Wouldn't you be better off with an employment agency?

I don't think GaySpeak will reap you the rewards of job hunting.

wow, that a tough one.

I would encourage you to take any job that pops up because even if that one is yout your dream job, at least it will start you networking....

your local LGBT center has a list, i think

ck your state employment laws, for example Colorado has laws protecting gender and preference people. If there are such laws the work place will be better.:
use linkedin.com
use the job sites, careerbuilder, dice, monster
use craigslist
