Chicken thigh, a bit of rice and some peas.

This was the night before last.

I stayed in bed with fever and chills yesterday.

I'm not hungry right now, I think I'm nauseous. The idea of food is kind of a turn off right now.

I'm working on losing another 10 pounds of unwanted muscle mass. :o

Did You know that they kill 50 000 000 male chicks just to produce enough Chicken for Eggs ... before a few years the male chicks were gassed.... that needs to much time so they become shredded alive today.... bon appetit !
