Bufalo, don't listen. Many of us consider a tall glass of water to be a complete meal in and of itself.

Flavored water is even better, it tastes like food which counts even more! :tongue:

As for myself I am currently eating a bit of toast with butter and peanut butter on it. Toasty, warm and slightly melting the peanut butter.

Coffee, mixed berry filled crepes with a dollop of sugar free whipped cream.

And yes, a flavored water can be a meal. :0
