Appetizer- Sushi Trio- Anago, Amaebi, Maguro
Entree- Teriyaki Salmon and Scallops, Steamed Broccoli and Rice
Dessert- Cheesecake with Raspberry Ginger Sauce (to die for good!)

Scalloped potatoes with ham but just a little because I had to save room for the chocolate cake with coconut frosting I'm eating now.

Leftover frozen pizza. If you really are what you eat, that means one of these days I'm going to wake up and find that I'm a pizza.

I'm currently working on a 2 egg omelet chocked full of broccoli, cauliflower, bit of bell pepper and green onion topped off with a bit of marbled jack cheese.
I also have a bowl of 'fruit salad' a mix of pieces of red delicious apple and granny smith (tart) apple, with grapefruit and orange segments with slices of bananas and a few strawberries.
And I'm washing that all down with a glass of milk.
