Dinner Tonight: Free Range Rack of Lamb, Dutch Yellow Potatoes with Rosemary Butter, Sautéed Vegetable Medley with Zucchini, Sugar Snap Peas and Plum Tomatoes.



For Dessert: Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae with Caramel Sauce.



Sunday Dinner. If we ate like this every day I would weigh 5000 pounds.
