Yeah.. its a memory disorder that is why I'm still shedding unwanted muscle mass.
To be fair, I did nearly immediately get off the computer and had a piece of chicken and some mashed potatoes, and mixed veg.... So I'm good to go for two more days.

Some black cherry yogurt. Been on a diet of milkshakes, yogurt, chopped bananas, mashed potatoes, and chicken soup since yesterday. And probably will keep on it for a few more days. Before I can have some more solid food again.
