A moment ago, "Mari" biscutes, (a type of sweet shortbread) washed down with Coca-cola swiged straight from the bottle
yummie and nutricous and lots of caffene and sugar no dishes to wash
Yesterday at school barbi-cue, 2 pork chops with lots of fat on the rind, which I crisped on the coals ( crackeling) seasoned just with salt & pepper, a bread roll, fried egg, a baked potato done in foil with cheese and lots of lemon garlic butter, and a Coka cola
Balanced.. Lots of fat, carbohydrates / starch / lots of protien / and of course sugar & caffine, oh, lots of salt, (keep the cramps at bay) and pepper. What more could one want?
BTW Talking of cramps, isn't it just the pitts getting cramp when you are getting down & dirty? :eek:
