I'm currently eating a cheese, lettuce and mayo sandwich. Last time I ate was, um yesterday where I had a cheese, lettuce and mayo sandwich. Oh about 26 hours ago.

I'm now drinking coffee around the clock. Caffeine suppresses appetite - slightly....
