Campbell's chicken noodle soup with crackers.



Yes it comes in a tin can, yes its pretty gross for my standards where I tend to start off with fresh raw ingredients. However its loaded with salt, fluid enough and at 3 am in the morning opening a tin can is far, far easier than boiling down a chicken for three hours.
