I never eat fast food (junk food), in fact, I usually cook healthy stuff at home, last night I ate a large Windy's fried chicken sandwich, a bacon cheeseburger and 5 beef tacos (to go order). Washed it down with Innis and Gunn Stout....over about a three hour period. Disgusting and it felt that way last night and still today. Oh well....

It will be another 6 months before I touch any of that junk again......ugh
