Attracted to younger men

You will find him, I have no doubts about that Smile

Just a thought, a theory, that I am not sure how to put into praxis Smile Where would a younger guy who is attracted to older guys go to look for them? I don't think a dancing club would be his first choice, so what would? You know, I don't try to imply that you should go to the library, but maybe something comes to your mind.

Well, besides online dating sites I guess it's just best to get out there and socialize.

You can meet people through friends, professional networking, volunteering, clubs, and even coffee shops and bars (not necessarily "dance clubs").

I've always been a strong advocate of just taking an interest in your own life and that should bring you into the circles of people you'd like to be around.

Good luck.

I think that not all older guys are settled in their life or cynical. I am 33 and my partner is 24 years older then me and we live together for 11 years now. We found each other in a chat room just talking about stuff and we clicked.
Relationship is not about age, but about how much you willing to compromise your life for someone who you love and how much he is willing to compromise for you. You need to get to know each other really well and then set some parameters of your relationship.
Here's a funny compromise of my life: I use to like going in nightclubs to dance and we did quiet often actually, even though he wasn't really in to it. But after while I start realizing that he was getting more attention then me from the other guys out there. I got really jealous and guess what? we don't go anymore Laugh2 Now we dance together at home, and I like it that way.
Darn jealousy Laugh2

Good story.
Thanks, and congratulations on your 11 year relationship.

No no! One thing I've learned, there are as many explanations for love as there are people. The key is getting two people together who can agree on the explanation...

"According to greek mythology, humans were originally created with 4 arms, 4 legs and a head with two faces. Fearing their power, Zeus split them into two separate parts, condemning them to spend their lives in search of their other halves."
I honestly think love has no bounds when it comes to age and it shouldn't really matter

I notice that people in their 40s no offense to anyone like to stay home more than anything else and just eh I wanna be out there ya know with friends. Sexually maybe, but relationship wise I just don't think a lot of 20 year olds would be very good relationship material :/

I must be an odd ball then I like going out and having fun. Not just the drinking but other things as well.

LateBloomer Wrote:I entirely agree with you about most 20-somethings not being good relationship material. Still too much "self discovery" to be done. This is the blessing of your 30s. You still have your youth, but you basically know who you are in your 30s.

Really? Self discovery should be an eternal exercise. What is the meaning of "know yourself"? What is "yourself"? Is "yourself" not always changing? I think "yourself" should always be flexible.

A friend of mine, who is younger than me, suggests that there may be no such thing as Self, instead it might just be a collection of ideas, memories, experiences, feelings, etc.
