Hi I need to make new friends in a small welsh town. Fed up with being lonely. Any one got any ideas.

You could try to find people who interest you through the internet and meet up with them. For example, if you're any kind of neopagan (or just mix well with them) you could try to see if there are any interested in meeting new people via witchvox (which features both covens and individuals from all over the world, including some rural and out of the way places).

Other than that you could try volunteering somewhere that interests you as that should help you meet people with common interests.
