It's true I told my parents and sister how I felt many years ago, but then we never spoke about it again ("Don't ask, don't tell"...in a way...)

But recently I brought it up again, and basically gave them permission to speak about it as I have finally chosen to be open about it.

I'm just coming out to my straight friends as I explain why I'm selling my house and moving to Chicago.
