I'm ashamed to say it..

I've never liked him, but then again I dislike pretty much what modern music has to offer (Perhaps not all, but most) so. To me it just feel like music is just getting crappier by each day :p
Sometimes you need a bit of chaos in your life to be able to shrug off pitiful disdain about something meaningless.

If you like Bieber, you like Bieber. You don't need anyone's approval or blessing.

Almost everyone thinks their music and taste to be superior and better than each other. Personally, I see this type of attitude as arrogant and stuck up. You can't expect everyone to like what you love.

As long as Bieber's music, personality etc. can entertain your personal life, that's what matters.

Hehe, must admit I didn't expect so many replies but what your all saying is true Smile music is music and if it makes you happy then so be it, who are we to judge each other based on music taste? :biggrin:

I don't much care one way or another about him. Every once in awhile I have a slight urge to slap him upside the head for saying something dumb but he's young so I'm hoping he gets better with age. It's been awhile since I tried his music but as I recall I found it too repetitive to like, especially as he'd like say one word over and over again. I can't help but suspect he gets by more on his good looks than talent.

But the fever has been good for some laughs. For example, this article had me rolling as the reporter comes off more as a school girl with a crush:

http://www.rollingstoneme.com/index.php?...icle&id=93

Ok, that's not all of it. Here's some of my favorite parts from the article in its entirety (remember this is a grown woman and professional journalist writing it):

It's going to be a great day--Justin's even supposed to take me ice-skating!--but he's an hour late, and I'm still waiting around for him at 10 a.m. Then, I notice a black Range Rover idling across the street--the Biebermobile, the one he got after he got his driver's license last year. He beeps the horn and I scurry over, flinging open the door.

<snip>

Even with the braces, Bieber is America's coolest kid, the one who has dominated every medium in the past year as a direct result of his sweet voice, slick moves and superhuman ability to make panties wet.

<snip>

Bieber has a dog, Sammy, that he doesn't see as much as he'd like: "But now, when I show up, he runs to my grandpa and not to me," says Bieber. He then sticks his bottom lip out and makes the cutest pouty face ever seen on a male.

My reaction to reading this: Rofl

And then there's this letter that had me rolling, too:

http://worldnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/201...l-kill-you

Quote:A 13-year-old British girl shocked her mother by asking Santa Claus for a bunch of presents — including "the real-life Justin Bieber" — and threatening to kill Santa if he refuses to deliver.

Metro UK reported this week that the girl, Mekeeda Austin, who lives in Brickhill in Bedford, also threatened to "hunt down" Santa's reindeer so she could "cook them and serve their meat to homeless people on Xmas day."

While she doesn't care if Bieber is kidnapped and enslaved, she does think of the homeless on Christmas. I guess that means she's nice until she gets to love you...and if you don't have anything she'll think of you, but gods help you if you got something she wants. Scared

Oh, and then there's other fun sites like this one dedicated to finding pix of lesbians who look like the Bieb:

http://lesbianswholooklikejustinbieber.tumblr.com/

Rofl

So all in all I don't much care for Bieber (though I don't dislike him either or even care that much at all), I do appreciate the entertainment he's inspired for me. Confusedmile:

And the phenomenon that is Bieber makes me Rofl again, this time from reading the comments on a photographer that Bieber "roughed up":

A couple of my favorites:

Quote:During the scuffle, Bieber's hair was injured.

Quote:The photographer would be better off claiming Selena did it.
