Do you thinking it fair

Well, I believe anywhere in America or Europe is a good place to be if you want to be openly gay. Other places too, but these two countries show the most tolerance if not acceptance towards LGBT .

Why not try San Francisco? Some call it "Gay Central" Biglaugh .

I would probably go to Europe though, because it seems to be even more accepting of gays.

Sad what about some part time job abroad?

Honestly, I would love to help but don't have any how-to-do-it advice. We don't know what you do for living, what your job is. If you can afford to live abroad and look for the job. If you have any friends abroad. If you could work for some company in Saudi Arabia that could send you for a long business trip abroad.

Yeap, Europe is probably the best country.

I think it is possible to have a tourist visa (I am not sure if you need them) and look for a job (of ask your friends to help you find the job before you go).

And then you can apply for a permission to prolong your stay - legally. Sometimes it is a year (I think). After some time and when you have a job, you can apply for a permanent stay.

It is hard to find a job right now. But you can try. Your situation must be really hard *hug*

Found this in the human rights of the European Union

"Homosexuality may be a reason for asylum in the EU..... and Switzerland ... "

I read more about it .... seems to be very interesting

You can use sexual orientation as a reason to apply for refugee status in Canada too, but usually it involves having already been out, (like being a gay rights activist), who would be in immediate danger if they were sent back to their country of origin.

Currently an Ambassador of Saudi Arabia is seeking Asylum in the US because of homosexual persecution (death threats) he receives: http://www.google.com/#hl=en&output=sear...21&bih=840

Lots of news sites and others.

I do not know the legality of your being able to follow that case.

UK supreme court may have opened the door for LGBT asylum seeking. http://gawker.com/5582370/silly-oppresse...-flirtinis

The thing with Asylum is that it gives you a foot in the door for seeking citizenship. A lot of countries have fairly strict immigration laws and you need to be somewhat special to get in. As long as you have legal asylum you are not t risk at being deported back to the nation where you are persecuted.

Immigration varies from nation to nation. So essentially you need to pick one and pursue getting a visa, green card, whatever and work towards citizenship.
