Previously, I did my best to avoid guys because I wasn't ready - mentally and physically. But I'm open to any kind of possibility right now. Nonetheless my main priority is to take care of myself.

I still have few surgeries to go. Each surgery takes a period of time to recover. Recovering process demands a lot of my attention. The process typically involves going and forth to a hospital to see my surgeon, weeks of self-mind and body therapy, going back and forth to gym to get back in shape and more.

By the way, I still stick to my principle. Lame as it maybe to some people, I'm still going to keep my virginity until I find the right guy. The right guy probably is not the one but at least I know that I've lost my virginity to someone that I am comfortable with. The catch is the right guy needs to really capture my heart and accept me as who I am. I'm not in the rush to lose my virginity.

Speaking of virginity, I always tell few lame virgin jokes to my straight friends. Only one gay friend knows one of my lame jokes - Daz.

Lame Joke 01

Friend: Hey! How are you doing? Long time no see!
Jay: (Fake sigh) The usual. Still a virgin.

Lame Joke 02 (I've told Daz this joke before)

Jay: How do you regain and retain your virginity?
Friend: I don't know. How?
Jay: By consuming extra virgin olive oil! Get it? Extra virgin? Get it?

Lame joke 03

Jay: Take a guess. What is my best asset?
Friend: What?
Jay: My ass. Get it? Get it?

Good day, people.

Current Weight Status

I weighted myself today. I would like to inform everyone that I am officially 65 kg (143.3 lbs) now. I started out with 165 kg (363 lbs).

That means I have lost 100 kg (220 lbs).

7 sweet and bitter years to get rid of those fats.

I'm still trimming off my weight. My personal trainer and I agreed that I still need to shred few more pounds. As I've mentioned before, I'm striving for a lean and muscular look.

Creating Awareness

My personal trainer asked my permission to publish my before and after photos in our gym's official website and Facebook as he thinks what I have achieved can create an awareness.

I haven't given my green light. I understand the intention but part of me prefer to stay low profile. I prefer to help from behind instead of in front.

My surgeons (hospital) and also doctor (nearby clinic to my house) have told my story to obese patients. I don't mind as they didn't show my photos to everyone.

The head surgeon of Plastic & Reconstructive department lightly asked if I would like to be a motivational speaker for the hospital. I don't think he was serious though. Giving motivational speech carries a huge responsibility. I'm just a small potato.

Others

Well I only do cardio work on every Saturday. I was aiming to burn 1000 calories today on a stationary bike. Yes, you can't never calculate the exact calories. The pedometer on a stationary bike can only roughly estimate. But still. For fun.

So I rode it for 1hr 20 minutes. Mixed it up with high intensity training (HITT). I burnt approximately 1014 calories on it.

Others

My personal trainer knows about my previous surgeries. But I didn't tell him specifically about the chest surgery.

I told him about it yesterday. About the nipples part.

He was surprised. He showed sympathetic look. I smiled at him, "I didn't have any choice. Beside It's for the greater good. I have no regret."

Okay, I think that's all for now.

Thanks for the update, Jay... Sharing your experience with us must be cathartic for you but it's also very kind of you to tell us how it went, what to expect, how you cope... It's a good first hand account.

To be honest, I'm actually not that keen to continue to update and bringing this thread up again and again (Love you Nick!).

As much as I am happy and proud with what I have achieved, I don't want people to think that I am seeking for an attention. I know what I am capable of but I'm not the type who likes to show off. Thus I always hesitate to update anything that relates to yours truly whether on this thread or in other threads.

But at the same time, I keep thinking of some of you guys who have been supporting me throughout the years. I would like to share my strength, my journey and happiness with each one of you.

Kind of conflict. But I will continue to update as long as you guys want me to.

I honestly don't see a problem with this thread being your particular thread. I find what you're telling us always interesting. And I do like to know that you're OK. Confusedmile: So please, don't feel embarrassed. You are part of our "family", and as such, we need to know as much about you as you'll be willing to disclose.

Monday workout focuses on legs and shoulders. From all of my body parts, my legs bring the biggest challenge to the plate. Thanks to my injured left leg.

My personal trainer becomes really cautious when he wants to train my legs.

Before I started my workout, my personal trainer and I had a short discussion on my legs. He thinks I have dislocated my entire left leg. He's right.

Now the thing is my right leg has been supporting most of my weight throughout the years. As a result, my right leg is stronger than my left leg.

Above: Leg Press Machine

When I used leg press machine, both of us noticed that it was my right leg that supported most of the weight. Not my left leg.

So the solution to the problem? I had to train each leg separately on the press machine and other weight machines. Holy, it was challenging particularly for my left leg as it was weak but had to support a lot of weight.

My left leg wasn't able to keep up with my right leg when I used the press machine. By 5 reps, my left leg was about to surrender. My personal trainer then asked me to support my left hip with my left hand whilst pushing the weight. I kept telling to myself, "Left leg, don't blow into pieces and don't fail on me now."

When I trained my left leg on the press machine, I noticed how unpleasant the appearance of my left leg. It wasn't that 'visible' when I stand. The tibia/fibula bends a lot. I thought it was going to snap. I almost had teary eyes looking at my left leg. But I did my best to ignore that sad feeling and continued my workout.

I managed to complete my sets.

I usually finish my workout with crunch and sit up (super set until failure) on a sit up bench. But today he asked me to do 250 reps of crunch. I was fine with it.

I expect my legs going to be really sore on Wednesday. I'm the type who gets DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). Basically muscle sore will only appear few days after workout.

I will see a specialist to scan my left leg. I'm not sure when though.
