Just wondering if anyone here has experienced these- do they feel good?

Since I don't like recieving anal (when I did it just hurt...), I never have, and if I do anally masturbate, I don't think I go far enough to reach the prostate. You can buy a special prostate-massage tool ( electro or manual ) .... if you want to reach the prostate from inside... or if you want to reach the prostate from outside find the point where you press the muscle if you want to stop peeing. Hands-free would mean that you get the orgasm without stimulating your own penis.

Yes, these orgasms do happen, but they are not necessarily very easy to obtain ie without any hand stimulation at all. If you massage your prostate or get someone to massage it with a finger then it's still not hands-free, to be accurate. But I don't know if that's the whole purpose anyway. Getting an orgasm is generally what people want, whichever way it is obtained.

What hands-free generally means, in fact, is that the stimulation inside from a sex toy, or a penis is so strong that it triggers off the orgasm response and the subsequent ejaculation. Note that it is also possible to have an orgasm like this but without the ejaculate. The orgasm comes from the intensity of the stimulation and the subsequent muscular release. If the prostate has been 'milked' recently, there may be no semen to ejaculate at that point.

I think it is also possible to talk of a hands-free orgasm (and ejaculation) loosely when the penis has been stimulated to some extent but when the last thrusts of the partner's penis or the toy are the sole stimulation to trigger off the ejaculation or orgasm.
