Travellers.... DISGRACE or Friend?

Wow I never knew such a big social issue existed. :\ I can how annoying that would be, not feeling 'at home' whilst at home. They seem to be awfully disrespectful. I would certainly not be able to tolerate such behaviour from people who intrude in a neighbourhood they don't belong to. Is this a sort of culture for them? If so, I guess it's deteriorated to being rude and grubby, with no consideration for the people whom they inconvenience.
