do u plan to tell him anytime soon or just let him find out through the grapevine - or not at all ? - sorry for been nosey,

I haven't told him or my mom directly yet, but they might already know from people mentioning it to them, they just haven't said anything about it to me. But I don't mind them knowing, I'll probably mention it to them soon if a good opportunity arises.

Kind of an interesting story behind the name actually, it comes from an old Hebrew word, often used to describe something or someone greatly iniquitous and that lacks any worth or value. My father, a conservative evangelical minister here, has used the word in his church lessons, claiming that it is used in the Old Testament to refer to unrepentant sodomites and homo- or bisexual people in general. These people "contribute nothing at all to society". Obviously it's in a kind of sarcastic way that I choose to identify with the word as a name.

Yep that's me, an unrepentant sodomite. Hey Jesse. We have happiness and love of music in common as well as living in the South. Being a Southerner is such a double sided coin. Thank God for the good parts side of it! Best Wishes to ya!

Welcome to GaySpeak, Jesse. As the south seems to get harsher and harsher against equal marriage opportunities, I fear the gay population is feeling less and less supported. Maybe this explains why we've had so many people join from the southern states in recent times. Well, I hope you find some people to hang out with soon. In any case you can always come and discuss your problems or queries with us, if we can help.
