Normally I tend to eat around 6 servings of fruit and veg a day. An apple is a serving of fruit - so its not like a lot.

Then I have 2-3 servings of grain typically when I bake it is half whole wheat, half processed white flour products. Whole wheat is much better for you. I make English muffins (bread that is "fried" on the stove instead of baked - same bread dough) in summer and will eat one a day. Maybe more if I make a sandwich later in the day. Rice, rye, oats also fall under that category.

I eat maybe 1-2 servings of meat a day. Usually its one serving.

Dairy I rarely eat anymore. I haven't drank a glass of milk for over a month. We did have cheese omelets for dinner, mine also had finely chopped broccoli and cauliflower. Home fried potatoes on the side. No meat yesterday, and cheese was the only dairy. Eggs are not the terrorists people make them out to be.

I also steer clear of added sugar and added fat. Meaning I don't add sugar to my cooking and don't add lots of fat. I use non-stick pans and have a spray pump for Extra Virgin Olive oil, a couple sprays of that and I can do an omelet or other sticky foods without it sticking.

I tend to steam vegetables more often than fry them.

Used to be once a week (usually Saturday) we would have the fast foods like pizza, burger king, Panda Express - these foods are typically loaded with added fat and added sugar. The next day things would be 'complicated' out the rear.

I only drink 3 cups of coffee a day and I might have a watered down glass of iced Lipton's tea in the afternoon. Caffeine tends to lead to interesting issues for people. I do drink lots of herbal teas. Taking 2 cups of boiling hot water and seeping a (one) herbal tea bag for 15 minutes or until the cup is cool, then pouring that into a 1 gallon jug, adding about a tablespoon of honey and filling with cold water. I get 'flavored' water basically.

When the lemon trees are full I rely more on lemon aid, 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup honey or white sugar) a teaspoon of salt, to a gallon of water. Why the salt? To replace the salts I sweat out. I also have a slight inability to absorb and retain salts which leads to low blood pressure.

I also steer clear of 'unclean' foods like pork, shellfish and mixing beef with cheese (I don't eat cheese burgers) . I doubt that that has anything to do with regularity but I'm throwing it in since it is part of my diet.

And I steer clear of Embalmed Cheese. That American pre-sliced dyed orange processed cheese is embalmed cheese. I stick with whole cheeses raised from curd and wheat and flavored with mold. Currently I'm on a marbled cheese kick - its cheddar with I think Monterrey Jack.

Also, I do lots of the canning and dehydrating of fruits and veg. I raise the majority of vegetables (not corn, corn needs too much room), and I go to farmer's market and produce stands to get things like bushels of peaches to can. This way I'm not having added sugar and added fats in the food.

Fresh - really fresh and ripe food right out of the garden is far tastier than stuff one can get at the grocers. And since my garden is 100% organic in that I don't use chemicals, I think my food is also safer.

You eat a lot like I do, Bowyn. I do include a little more dairy in the form of yogurt mostly. I love mixing a pint of my home canned Bing cherries into half a gallon of plain Greek yogurt and freezing it to eat as ice cream.

Most of my meat is chicken, because I raise them, and bass or catfish, because the river at my house is full of them. I do hunt deer and I raise one or two hogs to butcher every other year so, I have a little variety in my meat choices.

Of course, with my own chickens, eggs are always in good supply but, the bulk of my diet is produce I grow myself and whole grains.

I bake my own whole wheat and oat bread, make other flour containing foods from scratch, I don't use a lot of sugar (a 10 lb sack lasts me a year) I keep bees for the honey, and to pollinate my fruit trees so, that's my primary sweetener, if I have to sweeten things at all, which is rare, especially with my diabetes.

I don't use much salt, some things need a little but, my blood pressure tends to run slightly high so, the less sodium I add to my food, the better for me - others can always add salt at the table if I'm cooking.

I do drink too much caffeine, 2 cups of coffee in the morning then iced black tea most of the day. And I can't have pasta without either feta or parmesan cheese.

An average diner here would be 3-4 ounces of fish or chicken (venison or pork for a special day), 1/2 a cup of rice, quinoa, barley, potatoes or pasta with fresh herbs, a drizzle of olive oil and a little minced onion, bell pepper or carrot in it, about 1 cup of some fresh or home canned vegetable, a glass of soy milk or diluted fruit juice (50/50 water and juice). The either a yogurt based creamy desert or, a whole gran and fruit muffing or quick bread.

Snacks consist of homemade granola, toasted soy nuts, dried fruit, or a whole grain bread product with a little nut butter of some kind on it.

As for spontaneous anal sex, yes it can happen, but that usually means your partner uses a condom and really doesn't care if a bit of poo gets on the thing in the process. If it's a big deal then there are other ways to satisfy each other spontaneously.
