sexuality and my job

my closet still closed (mostly) at my job. work is work and not
the place for romance for me. i wear gender neutral clothing
at work and absolutley shun flirting or even looking (and some
of the guys there are damn hot). i'm sure some of my co-workers
are aware that i cross dress during off hours and, if they are looking,
some may notice that i only wear " women's" jeans at work, but no
overtly "gay" behavior at work.

that sure makes coming home a wonderful thing when i can relax
and be myself again!

what ever makes it more functional. Things to keep in mind:

-in the closet at work or home takes a lot of bandwidth, I am sure you let your guard down at times, they will remember when you do.

-being gender neutral at work and avoiding flirting is absolutely a new modern work requirement. I think you are still hoping for that big gay office romance. You need to get a home life that completes you so you can look those co-workers in the eye.

-nice to be in an environment where people can judge you for who you really are. No one walks on water and worse comes to bad they will find something to write you up on. Accept that in the closet or out.
