Nothing wrong with being social, but you don't have to date to have friends, go out, have fun.

Sometimes it's good to have 'alone' time; to gather your thoughts and reflect on things in your life and find perspective. Relationships can be intense and leave you drained on all levels, so taking a deep breath and a step back can be good, just to re-orientate yourself and focus your priorities.
You just have to find a healthy balance that works for you.

You don't have to be in a relationship to be a social person...you just have to be a social person to be a social person.

My ex boyfriend who is 34 left me in feb after six and a half years together and single life is difficult however to help you through it why not get yourself a dog if you can becaue then u got something u can cuddle upto in bed and it doesnt answer back Smile
