Weather has been proven to be a cause of weight loss and gain, for obvious reasons. Moods can also influence weight. and i aint referring to being down in the dumps and not eating or comfort eating.
Study has shown that a person who feel confident and perky in personality terms can cause their bodys to reject metabolic restrictions and increase they afterburn rates. and ofc illness can cause us to loose weight rather rapidly, which i pray oh pray that its not because of illness.
Just watch your weight dude, a healthy study shows that a healthy rate of weight loss is normally around 2lbs a week, some people this is not the case because i can loose like 2lbs in like two days or so.
