Ick, well after going through all the trouble of completing a graduate degree in the arts, it would be nice to get a full-time tenure track appointment. Highly unlikely though, since every year only about 3-4 positions in my field open up in North America. I'd also be happy with teaching at a jr. college.

My dream job would be a research physician-scientist at a Translational Medical Research Laboratory concentrating on pediatric oncology.

More realistically: a pediatrician or teaching med school.

I am persuing my dream job of becoming a doctor, specializing in (not sure) but perhaps: pain medicine, (non-forensic pathology) and I have many other ideas.

My fantasy dream job would be working as a toy designer for Steiff GmBH, the Steiff company invented the first stuffed animal (an elephant) and the first Teddy Bear. It is one of the premiere German Toy companies.

I would love to be a writer (of fantasy), or more precisely to able to finish at least one of the novels I've been writing.. Then I am going to publish my book, it WILL become a great success and I will also play as the protagonist on it's film adaptation!!!

It's nice to see how most of the people posting here want to be writers or artists in general (but mostly writers I believe). Maybe it's because we really want to express our emotions but aren't able to... Or we are just big literature lovers. Or maybe both! :tongue:

I think I have my dream job, The contract I was hoping for went through - I got it, I also got the loan I needed to buy more equipment, and, I will be hiring a driver this coming week and, finalizing my LLC, getting the logos on the trucks and all right after new years. We have to roll the 5th for loads 1 and 2 on the contract so, I have to have everything in place by then.

It might be a struggle for a while but, I own the company, the trucks, the authority, all of it, it's MINE. :biggrin:

My dream job would have to be working for a professional sports team, like baseball hockey or football. That way I could go to every game and be able to watch the game. I would love to be an announcer or sports reporter and follow my favorite team and have access to all the players.
