I remember Dad trying a couple of years ago, after a few hours he was driving around in the tractor in a rage knocking down a barn that 'annoyed' him, then he spent the day hunting foxes, after giving up and smoking again

Yeah it's tough giving up smokes (Never giving up fags ), but when you put your life into perspective you find a determination within that will get you over the line.

There are things that I have been through in my past that people don't survive, but I did. I didn't survive those struggles to go and do something stupid like smoke myself into a horrible death.

Absolutely fuming today. worked from 6am to 5pm, then find out that my graveyard shift has dropped out 'sick' convenient being NYE, nobody else could do the shift so lil old me is working AGAIN from midnight tonight until 4pm tomorrow afternoon.

YES I have had a smoke or 2.

Don't care, fucking fuming.

Day 11 : Happy New Year, I have just worked 25 of the last 36 hours on 4 hours sleep and I am too exhausted to angry, pissed off, happy or even in the festive mood.

DAY 12 - Been a good day, got a lot done at work, no real pressure, no smokes, no side effects, good mood, but still bloody tired after working right through NYE and NY. Friday won't come quick enough
