Taco Pie

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls

1 pound ground beef

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream

8 ounces shredded Mexican-style cheese blend

1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips, crushed

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Lay crescent dough flat on the bottom of a square cake pan and bake according to package directions.
3.Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the taco seasoning and stir together well. When dough is done, remove from oven and place meat mixture on top, then layer with sour cream and cheese, and then top off with the crushed nacho chips.

Sounds good, Mister T- I'll have to convince the parental units to try it.

Heres something I love. A woman brought this to a party we had where I was working one time....fell in love with the stuff.

Dieters Guacamole

1 container of small curd cottage cheese (regular sized container)
1 avacado, diced up
2 fresh jalepenos, cleaned and minced
1 tablespoon of minced onion
salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix all ingrediants together.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate over night.

Eat with cornchips, Townhouse crackers, or melba toast.

Also good with a shot of tobasco sauce in it.

Here are two of my favorite TV chefs....

Jeff Smith

I LOVE Joanne Weir.....I couldnt find any of her PBS videos from her cooking show, but this one is from her home I think....and this drink sounds YUMMIE.

I dont think theres anything these two chefs have made that I would NOT eat!!!!

Jeff Smith is like me, he believes you can never have too much garlic and onion in anything.
