I understand that the physical desire for lust is strong, but your love to your man should outweigh whatever lust you have by far. If you need to consider this...you should look over your situation once more and come up with a more permanent solution...Either love, or physical affection...

If your partner agrees that you should do it and has given you permission then I think that you are not cheating and I guess I would say that if you do mess around with someone else just don't let all that crap get in your head about worrying that you are cheating in him when in fact he said it was okay. Perhaps you just need to really talk to him and ask him if he is sure and that you don't want to hurt the relationship that you do have with him.
