hehehe - I just quit smoking myself ! Used to smoke 30 a day, for 12years straight, and a week ago decided that it was enough.

Haven't had a cigarette since - and, i must say, i feel great...

Not using any patches, meds or hypno-therapy... Just a bit of a "mind-over-matter" attitude towards the whole thing...

Screw Alan Carr - There's no need to make him rich, when you can do it yourself !!
