I plan on moving to San Francisco/Bay Area.

The plan is to move out there with a friend of mine, but
if her plans don't work out, I still plan on moving out there
even if it's just by myself.

I moved to London 10 months ago, If I can I will stay here for another year, or maybe more, or less, and during this time decide if change for another City. I have a long list in my head, everywhere in Europe, but it's too early.
