Not being able to orgasm if I have to urinate

Hi,

I have been noticing that if I am anxious, that I have to urinate more often. I looked it up online about urgent or frequent urination with anxiety and it said that it is common for a person to have to urinate if they are anxious dating back to basically "caveman" days when it apparently made it easier to run or fight (fight of flight syndrome) with an empty bladder. (I am only repeating what I read on a medical site believe it or not...).
