Here's a subject that most gay men don't like to talk about: anal fissures.
An anal fissure is a tear in the lining of the lower rectum (anus) that causes pain during bowel movements. It is extremely common and easily treatable.
I stress the word 'pain'. I recently had an anal fissure following a more energetic sexual encounter and I was never in so much pain. It was so painful I could barely get any sleep.
To make matters worse, I thought I had hemorrhoids and used treatments that turned out to be completely useless. I finally decided to go see a doctor (gastroenterologist) who prescribed me QUADRIDERM and it worked. As always, self medication is a risk.
QUADRIDERM was very effective but I also tried another excellent treatment called BAG BALM. It is an udder ointment that is used to treat all kinds of skin disorders and you can order it on Amazon. Everytime my ass is itchy or irritated I wash it carefully and then apply BAG BALM and it's wonderful!
Hope you find this helpful.
