Anal fissures: my personal experience + useful tip

I had a chronic anal fissure. Surprisingly mine never came from anal sex it was mostly constipation I suppose but I had it for years from my teens. It would be better and heal up for a bit but then after like 2-3 months of doing good I'd have a bad bowel movement and it would break open again and bleed like crazy.

Mine never bled but the tear was clearly visible and it was painful as hell.

I guess it wasn't a chronic fissure but it took a long time to heal because I wasn't using the right treatment.
