Dismantle All The Churches?
#41
Kiid Wrote:you are all silly gooses!

If there was no religion there would be no war or money to even fight over. So I say destroy all religion and start over.

Also I'm just looking for ideas. Not sure what for but ideas that could help. And also I see how people don't really know much.

Btw, you might find this inspiring, maybe enough to pray for it to happen.

It always disappoints me when someone starts a discussion that is a little tongue in cheek dark humour of sorts and there is always one boof head that take things too literal and just completely pisses on the parade.

Just a hint...Religion holds a place in your heart. Churches are a front for religion, kinda like a rich man buying a mansion....'Look, see, I am in a church so I AM a good christian" do churches actually serve any other purpose other than turn church into a pissing contest?

I mean, you can answer that if you take things that seriously Smile

yes.

church buildings are extremely expensive to maintain. religion would flourish and be more beneficial without them. however, people get stuck in tradition.

Again religion will always have a place on this planet regardless of the situation, the amount of money the church brings to the nations is just outrageous.
War is something that's deemed necessary for a countries economy to grow, example look at America and how they've benefited in monetary value from going to war.
Please look into delicate subjects more over and gain a better understanding as believe it or not the "church" would have benefited you in one way or another, do you eat anything from the company "Sanitarium" if so do you know its a company that's owned by the church.

Churches don't bring money to nations the church is pretty much money u.u

Re-write our history pages...?
Yes. I'd like it to be more truthful.

Quote:War is something that's deemed necessary for a countries economy to grow, example look at America and how they've benefited in monetary value from going to war.

^That's a good point you have there. Even more reason to stop all the christian ball u.u

OMG could you please.

Hmmm wonder why they'd need to own industries...

It's not tradition. Christianity is just a rip off of old egyptian religion u.u

You missed my point. I was referring to church buildings being a tradition.

But now that you bring it up. Anything passed down is a tradition no matter where it came from?
" an inherited, established, or customary pattern of thought, action, or behavior (as a religious practice or a social custom)"

My point was religion doesn't need a building.

Ps. Could you cite your "rip off" claim?

Plagiarism = ripoff = Plagiarism = ripoff = plagiarism = ripoff*

Same story just different names.

And I stopped talking about he buildings before the thread started u.u

Do you understand what it means to cite something?

If you were done why did you reply five minutes ago?

A church and buildings and "things" are just a (if u like) product of religion, or symbol? And dismantling em down literally would be useless. If you wanted to tear down religion you would have to tear down the minds of religious men and women, and then freedom of speech. All of those things have been done in the name of religion, where men have distorted it to there Will
