Beer or Hard Liquor?

I don't like the taste of alcohol but I enjoy being drunk when I go out with people. In other words I prefer smaller amounts of strong stuff over larger amounts of weak stuff.

It's normal. For me it's the opposite, maybe.

It really depends on who I am out with and what kind of place it is.

Most of the time at gay clubs I will order mixed drinks, little bit lighter on the calories and you don't feel like you're just swilling beer.

If I am at a place that's more like a traditional bar or tavern I'll look for a good IPA or porter, something with some kick to it and a good flavor.
