Infallible (but not very sensible) way to lose weight

OMG I'D DIE IF I DIDN'T HAVE BREAKFAST...
Juss sayn. It's my favourite thing well on of my favourite things it's equal with lunch and dinner. I like food/eating u.u

my first 'meal' is usually a light snack at 1000. My breakfast is black coffee, does no harm for my health unless I was gorging breakfast + lunch levels of food into 1 sitting.

Another infallible way to lose weight is to use speed. I got to at least 128 pounds (58kg) when I was using speed regularly.

Looking at some old pictures of myself near the end of my drug days I think I may have bottomed out close to 120 pounds (54 kg).

6'2" at the time - I was only slightly thin.... slightly....

Currently I weigh 152 (68kg) and stand 6'1" - I still have a few pounds to go before hitting my goal weight of dead.....

Right now you weigh only slightly more than me. How tall are you?

The scales are liars when it comes to healthy weight. An example is Arnold Schwarzenegger, he weighted between 250-260 pounds off season - while every BMI calculator would scream he was obese for his 6'1" height, no doctor on earth would testify he wasn't fit.

The last time I saw a doctor I was informed that I was unfit - not because I'm obese, but because I am too thin - I am carrying to little muscle mass and not enough fat now. So there is an opposite end to this fitness scale where there is a too low to go.

Trust me, once you hit the too low to go you do serious damage to your body.

I was starved as a kid as a weird sort of torture/punishment. During puberty I was given too few nutrients and calories - I have been plagued with weakened connective tissue, thus lost two meniscus, herniated disks in my back and have degenerative osteoarthritis that started in my 20's in my fingers and tows and now affects elbows, knees, hips and shoulders and if the lower back a pain is any indication is settling into my spine.

I did more damage NOT eating than I did by eating. I do not process salts correctly, this leads to hypo tension (low blood pressure) - there are too many days where my blood Pressure drops suddenly upon standing. I have had days where I stand up then next find myself on the floor.

I have tripped my blood hemoglobin levels into plummeting to the point where I needed transfusions (didn't get them because you see I'm smarter than a doctor). All because I went without eating and starved my body into doing odd things.

The truth is that if you are not putting fuel and nutrients into the body, the body will strip out everything it needs from non-essential organs, like lungs, liver, spleen, skin, bones to feed the heart and the brain.


So don't get too carried away on the losing end of things... there is bad there - hidden bad since the world is far more focused on fatty fat fat and its effects than on long drawn out slow starvation and malnutrition.
